This is our very first release of mini doll wigs and we're thrilled by the quality. They are unique in that the cap allows the wig to fit on a variety of heads from about 2-3.5" around. These don't have elastic, which is part of the secret to the variable fit.
These doll wigs are made out of high quality, heat-resistant, Kanekalon fiber and have a natural look to them.
These will fit 8" Mego heads, most Volks and Obitsu small heads (21-23 cm tall dolls), and some of the taller Obitsu and Volks dolls. They also may fit the smaller Hujoo doll babies. Customers have also purchased these as Heidi Ott wigs, and as wigs for Amelia Thimble dolls. They are also great for polymer sculptured dolls and fairies 8" tall and under.
To apply the wigs, use either a soft glue such as Fabri-tac, or double-stick tape (such as carpet tape). Taping your wig provides a less permanent solution if you think you might like to change your doll's wig at a later date.
We have only very small quantities of these tiny wigs (10-20 each). So if you want some you had better grab them. We are currently in the process of having some larger wigs in the 7 to 9 inch range manufactured, so please check back.
